Is our beer home-brewed?
Yes, we brew our own beer in our in-house brewery. You can find further information here.
When is the brewery tour?
The brewery tour takes place every Tuesday at 4.00 pm and every Friday at 11.00 am. Please book in advance at reception. Further information can be found here.
Where can you buy our beer?
In our on-site shop right next to the inn, as well as online at www.bieriges.de You can buy our beer, beer liqueur, beer noodles and many other products made in-house.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, your four-legged friend is very welcome here. We simply ask that you let us know in advance. Your dog is also welcome to accompany you to the hotel restaurant and the bar – please do let us know when you make your booking.
Are guests from outside the household also welcome?
Yes, guests not staying with us are also very welcome. Please feel free to visit our hotel bar or enjoy breakfast or dinner in our hotel restaurant. We ask that you book in advance for the restaurant. You are also welcome to book our Day Spa.
What are the opening hours of the spa?

Is the wellness bar included?
In our wellness bar, you can help yourself to a variety of teas, water and light snacks such as fresh fruit and nuts, free of charge.
When should I book a massage or beauty treatment?
It is best to book your chosen treatments well in advance of your arrival. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date.
From what age can the wellness area be used?
The beer spa area, featuring a Sky Infinity Pool and a clothing-optional sauna area, is open to guests aged 16 and over.
There are no age restrictions for our family area, which features an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna where swimwear is required, or for the wellness bar.
When can I check in?
Your room will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival. If you are arriving earlier and would like to use our spa facilities, please let us know in advance.
Can I use the spa facilities on the day of arrival?
Yes, you are welcome to use our wellness area free of charge on the day of your arrival. Please let us know in advance.
When should I check out by?
We would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of departure. You are welcome to use our wellness area on the day of departure for €22.00 per person.
Can I still use the spa facilities on the day of departure?
Yes, you are welcome to use our wellness area on the day of your departure for €22.00 per person.
How can I pay my bill?
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash or by debit card, Mastercard or Visa.
What does the Bodenmaiser guest card or Guti card include?
With your Bodenmaiser guest card, you can enjoy a range of free services during your holiday, such as free travel on buses and trains in the region – including the Waldbahn, hiking and ski buses – as well as a hiking or cycling map and a hiking guidebook. You can find further information here.
When is the bread baked?
Our beer bread is freshly baked every Saturday early in the morning and is available from 7.00 am in our little shop right next to the inn.
Where can I buy this home-baked bread?
Every Saturday from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, you can buy our freshly baked beer bread from our little shop right next to the inn.
Where can I leave my bike?
You can park your bicycles, mountain bikes and e-bikes in our bicycle storage room in the underground car park.
Is there a luggage storage facility?
Yes, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our reception for safekeeping.
Where can I buy vouchers?
You can purchase vouchers in person at our reception desk or online via our Voucher Shop purchase.
Is the hotel bar also open to non-residents?
Yes, guests from outside the hotel are also very welcome in our hotel bar. It is open daily until 00:30.
Can you book a day spa treatment at the hotel?
Yes, you’re very welcome to spend a relaxing day at our wellness centre. You can find our day spa offers here.
What are the shop’s opening hours?
Our little shop, right next to the inn, is open daily from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Our inn is open daily from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. We serve breakfast from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon and hot meals from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm.

Where can I park?
There are parking spaces and an underground car park available right next to the building.
In summer, from 1 May to 31 October, you can park in the underground car park free of charge, subject to availability. In winter, from 1 November to 30 April, we charge €4.50 per night, up to a maximum of €31.50. When booking a suite, use of the underground car park is included all year round.

Yes, there is an underground car park right next to our house.
